SERVICES

LSS is the longest established and the largest encapsulation company in Kent. With our bank of machines including our fully automatic on-line system, we can turn your work around fast and efficiently. We specialise in large sheet work including maps, A/0 plans and drawings up to 1,000 mm wide.Completely protect and enhance your documents in wipe clean plastic.
Once your work is covered, it will be fully protected for long term use either in the office environment or on site to combat the elements.
At LSS we can provide:-

ENCAPSULATION
A fully automatic service ideal for long run work including posters, planners, menus, wall charts, price lists, sale literature, catalogue text, etc.
Semi-automatic service suitable for one-off and small to medium runs i.e.: photographs, maps, ID cards, signs, notices, A/0 plans, drawings etc.

LAMINATION
We have thermal lamination available in matt or gloss finish, single sided or double sided for sizes SRA/4 to SRA/1.

WIRE AND COMB BINDING
This service will present your company proposals / quotations / brochure and sales literature in a very professional way. Small or large runs catered for. Books/Tent Calendars, Canadian Binding with wires partially or fully concealed. In fact, we specialise in making your binding more personal and customised.

SUPPLIES

LSS can supply the following with majority of stock held at our Sittingbourne factory and available for next day delivery. All orders, small or large are welcome and dealt with individually and professionally.

POUCHES
Available in matt or gloss in Credit and ID sizes, A/7, A/6, A/5, A/4, A/3, A/2, A/1 in five thickness 150, 200, 250, 360 and 500 micron, in most sizes including sticky-back and various colours. We can also form to any unusual size to your own requirements including small or large quantities.

ROLL FILM
Roll fed film supplied in various widths to suit any size of work:- 230mm / 305mm / 320mm / 455mm / 635mm and 685mm. Available for all machines in 5 thickness of film and all core sizes in matt or gloss finishes. We supply both encapsulation films and thermal lamination films

WIRES
Full range of wires size and colours available for next day delivery.

COMBS
Full range of comb size and colours available for next day delivery.

PVC AND CRYSTAL CLEAR COVERS
Clear report covers in 140, 190 and 240 micron thickness in A/4 and A/3 sizes.
Solid plastic covers available in 350 micron thickness.

RE-PUNCHED COVERS
Punched to specific sizes for comb, wire or 2/4 holes ring binders also available.
